It is a long time that I write the code.

I have dig the source code to find out.

If I read it correctly,

it seem to run again once the current download session is finish.

so no double instance

I was usually visualwget and it works perfectly. my only question is if i have the scheduler to check for new files every 15 minutes lets say and it is still running from the previous time it ran (hasn't finished downloading files yet), will it run another instance so it is downloading double or will it wait to run again once the current download session finishes?
