Cannot download youtube/movie

Hi. I read many wonderful things about this program and downloaded it
today.

But when I download a youtube song, ie http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=us3dQ0nnlHY,
the actual video does not get downloaded.

Instead a file named 'watch@v=us3dQ0nnlHY' is downloaded and it is not
the required video. File size of 'watch@v=us3dQ0nnlHY' is only106 KB.
Original video size from youtube is more than 10,000 KB

I also cannot download any video from metacafe, megavideo, etc. I am
using the 'General' and not 'Advanced' features.

Would really appreciate your help as to what I'm doing wrong. TQ

Hi,

Sorry, I think wget does not directly support that.
You need to put the actual URL of the file.
Also be sure that you have the right to download that.
