Hi Dns,

vwget is a gui for wget, and communicate with wget using that option.
wget that was distributed with vwget was modified and was added some
code, for example, the speed limit code and interprocess communication
code. it does not intend to be running directly by you. it intend to
be run by vwget that will listen on specific port.

You can not disable it, but you can run vwget instead of running wget
directly. When running vwget as a command line, you can only use long
option.

And you cannot replace wget.exe with your version, because vwget need
the already modified one.
