The Many Faces of the Squamish Eagles
photography

My exhibit, “The Many Faces of the Squamish Eagles,” was born out of four months of observing and photographing the Eagles that reside in Squamish over the winter.
Each photograph tells a compelling story, illustrating the resilience and grace of the Eagles as they navigate their environment.
The exhibit captures the intricate and awe-inspiring moments of the eagles' lives, their behavior, and communication.
Through these images, I hope to convey the power, vulnerability, and emotional richness that define the lives of the Squamish Eagles.

My original artwork is inspired by the magic of nature. It's a reminder that we are not separate from the natural world, but an integral part of it. I believe that every component and creature, no matter how small, has a crucial part to play in maintaining the delicate balance of life. My art celebrates this intricate, interconnected web. It honors the vast mountain landscapes, the creatures that inhabit them, the plants that provide nourishment, the fungi that recycle life, and the continual cycles of life and death that shape our world. I hope to connect viewers with the wonder and responsibility we hold as custodians of this beautiful planet.
