I cannot install torchvision by readme method. (Windows os)

So I just download source code from github in torchvision branch layer(v0.2.0) and put it in r2c. But there another question, cannot found a veriable ‘_C’.
PS: pytorch version 1.0.0 , cuda 90

hi there! Sorry, I don't have a windows OS (and this is a torchvision problem) so I'm sure how to help. You could go about updating the torchvision dependencies to the latest version (you might need to rename the RoiAlign layer), or taking a deeper look into the compilation specifically for v0.2.0 on windows.
