I so sorry to disturb you... When I start , I find if I want to use torchvision (from the layers branch, which has ROI pooling) in my country .. It is so slow to install. I have no idea to install . Can you give me an idea to fix it? I want to try to download to my computer and the upload to the gpu-linux maybe I can?
