Data generation script

HI Rowan,

We are working on your QA model and look interesting. We also thought the dataset is quite useful and want to try generating and testing some different data. Can you tell us how to generate meta_fn including all segmentation and boxing info.

Did you generate this dataset from Detectron model zoo? Do you need to modify the output to meta_fn yourself ?

Sorry for the delay, the model is "X-152-32x8d-FPN-IN5k" from the Detectron model zoo: https://github.com/facebookresearch/Detectron/blob/master/MODEL_ZOO.md I didn't modify the detectron outputs at all.
