New version 7.42 of Secure Desktop!

New features for 7.42:

Added ability to disable LogOff and Shutdown in the Windows Security
Dialog (sTools | Administrator tab | User Logon button | Ctrl-Alt-
Delete tab)

Changes for 7.41:

Fixed a problem related to the hot-key to bring the Secure Desktop
shell to the top of the z-order. This was an intermittent problem
possibly related to Internet Explorer 9.
