OTB2015---Results not accepted in tracking benchmark

Dear friends,

                   I want to compare my tracker results with Object Tracking Benchmark 2015 results for 100 datasets. I have downloaded results from http://cvlab.hanyang.ac.kr/tracker_benchmark/index.html  link v1.1/pami15_TRE.zip. 

                   Also, I download the tracking benchmark from tracker_benchmark_v1.0.zip. It shows  this error
