Problem within rectangle of the tracking results for algorithms : such as "ORIA.mat, PCOM.mat, IVT.mat,...etc

Hello everybody,

Can any one explain how the rectangle result of a tracker  like ORIA, PCOM.   format  like ?.

 Because, for example,  in woman sequence the rect result is as follow :

  224.0000  169.0000    0.6563         0         0    2.9688

  222.4157  167.7521    0.6602         0         0    2.9853

  220.0766  166.0547    0.6476         0         0    2.9217

  218.3641  164.8826    0.6279         0         0    2.8382

which is not understandable!!!

while in the  ground_truth  is (x, y, box-width, box-height).

   213   121    21    95

   213   119    21    95

   211   119    21    95

   210   116    21    95

so, what is the relationship  between them
