By default only members can post to this group, but the contents are
open to anyone.
If your email address is unverified then your postings will always be
moderated. members are therefore strongly encouraged to verify their
email addresses through their Google Account settings.
New members with verified addresses are also moderated, and this can
either be overridden by a group manager or will happen automatically
once a number of moderated posts have been successfully posted.
