Summary:	Paper- and software-based approaches (and combinations of
these) are used to support roadmapping in organisations. Both have
advantages and disadvantages, and it can be a challenge to achieve the
benefits of both. Developments in information and communications
technology will continue, and have the potential to provide a more
complete solution in the future. This meeting will explore the current
capabilities and future needs and possibilities of how software and
ICT can support the collaborative development of roadmaps to support
strategy and innovation.
