Theme: The visual features of strategic management tools
Summary: Many management frameworks and tools are used to support
strategy and innovation. A common feature of these approaches is that
they take a visual form, which supports understanding and
communication. Such tools include technology roadmapping, scenarios,
portfolio matrices and quality function deployment. This meeting will
explore the visual aspects of such approaches – what are the design
principles we should follow to develop and use such methods
effectively?
