Theme: Uncertainty and risk in strategy development

Summary: In drawing up strategy, the discussion and handling of future
uncertainty and its resulting risks is often not given explicit
attention, even though these are fundamental challenges of planning
for the future. This meeting will explore uncertainty and risk aspects
in application of roadmapping to develop business/innovation strategy
– what are the steps we can take and what visual elements can we apply
in creating our roadmaps to effectively communicate risk issues?
