I'm pleased to announce the next VSN meeting, which BAE Systems has
kindly offered to host:
Date:
Wednesday 13th July 2011
Location:
BAE Systems, Stirling Square, Carlton Gardens, London, SW1Y 5AD
Theme:
Communicating with roadmaps: audience, message and format
Summary:
Communication is often cited as a key benefit of the roadmapping
approach. The visual structure provided by the roadmap supports cross-
functional dialogue during the roadmapping process, and the roadmap
produced can then be used to support communication more widely,
internally and externally. This meeting will focus on the second
aspect – the roadmap as a communication mechanism, addressing
questions such as: who is the audience? what is the message? what
format is most appropriate?
