is there a way to run VP locally?

I cloned the repo for the latest version (https://github.com/visual-planner/visual-planner.github.io) to my local computer, but when opening the `vp.htm` file, I only get errors about google authentication. Does any one knows the steps to properly run VP in your local computer?
