Error thrown when loading vlp file

to Visual Log Parser

I am new to programming, but do have VS 2005, and when i debug the
project, and run it, I attempt to load a vlp file and this error is
thrown..

iCodepage parameter does not exists for inputFormat IISW3C

any ideas?

Does anyone have a pre-compiled .exe already? maybe i'm doing
something wrong.
