Enabled\Grayed property of Menu Items on the CommenadBar

Hi All,

If I try to disable any of the Menu Item from the command bar, all the menu items get disable. The disabling of the Menu Item I do by setting the Menu Item property Enable as FALSE.
Also, On the other way, if I try to Gray out any of the Item, it does not works.
I actually want to gray out some Menu Item at the first time and then based on some operation, I want to activate that Menu Item at run time.

Could anybody tell me how to do that.

Are you correctly using the ID in ON_UPDATE_COMMAND_UI(ID, method
name) ?
