Error with updated install

I recently did and updated install (vistrails2.2.3-x64-sahm2.0.1-setup) on a Server 2012 machine and I'm now getting and error on the background surface generator:

ErrorInstalling package into 'C:/Users/jon_hak/Documents/R/win-library/3.2'

(as 'lib' is unspecified)

I faintly remember a fix for this, but I'm not finding anything in my notes.  Any help is appreciated.
