Hi everyone,

I am doing some presence background modeling running all of the models available in SAHM, including Maxent.

The other models finish with no issue. However, Maxent goes through the entire process and produces all of the usual outputs, but fails when it tries to create the probability and binary maps. The stdErr file gives the following error:

Warning: Setting randomseed to true so that replicates are not identical
Warning in dir.create(out$dat$bnameExpanded) :

'C:\Users\schignel\Desktop\Caterpillar_Fungus\Modeling\SAHM_Outputs\NoBadNeedtoAdd\Maxent_POStandard_1\ExpandedOutput' already exists

The following objects are masked _by_ .GlobalEnv:

    lambdas
, make.binary.tif, make.p.tif, MESS, multCore, opt.methods,

ScriptPath

Error in file(file, "rt") : invalid 'description' argument

Calls: FitModels ... model.fit -> read.maxent -> read.csv -> read.table -> file

Execution halted

Has anyone experienced this issue before? I am running Maxent v3.3.3k, but have also tried this with the newest version. I've attached the stdErr and stdOut files in case they're helpful.

Thanks!
-Steve
