The (probably) last version (3.8.8) is more thana year old. Is VSM still developed?

So can I just downoad StartMenu7 if I have purchased VistaStartMenu?
 
Confused.
 
Currently installed is Vista Start Menu 3.88
 
It is the PRO version.  Looks like I purchased 4/16/2010.
