How do you make it look like the screenshot?

I've been trying to figure this out...

I want to make it look like this http://www.vistastartmenu.com/screenshot.html

I like how the power control buttons are at the top. Actually, I just
like everything about it. Can anyone help me? I've been trying to
figure this out for the longest time.

The new changes to VSM have made the entire program different than
what the screen shot shows. I purchased this program at the beginning
of the year and it looked like the picture you posted a link to. It's
not like that now and I don't know if you can add things to the top or
bottom of the menu itself. It is much more user friendly than the
previous versions - but they still need to work out alot of kinks.

Hi,

Due to a lot of complaints about power buttons, they have been hidden
and are now shown only with the help of the "Power Control" button.
I apologize if you find it inconvenient. In the next
version we will make it possible to configure it more flexibly and to
add the power buttons to the main menu.

You may use the previous version -
http://www.VistaStartMenu.com/VistaStartMenu_Setup_2_72_freeware_en.exe

P.S. I almost finish version with customizable power controls. So 2.9
beta will be availably soon.
