This is to inform you that the last mock drill was conducted on December 7th, 2025. As per the MFS norms, which mandate that mock drills must be conducted twice a year, the next drill is now overdue.

I kindly request you to confirm the date for the upcoming mock drill to be conducted by the SILA in-house team.

The upcoming mock drill will become overdue within the next 25 days, calculated from the date of the last external drill conducted on-site.

Following up on our discussion, please note that we have scheduled the upcoming Mock Drill for Sunday, June 07, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the Address Vista - Ghatkopar location.

Please find the attached document outlining the necessary preparedness for the mock drill. Additionally, here is a list of specific requirements:

1. Testing of FAPA (Fire Alarm Panel Assembly), FFS (Fire Fighting System), and Lifts.

2. Chairs.

3. Speaker and Microphone.

4. Water Bottles.

5. Tables for the display of ERT equipment.

Note - Pre-Fire Mock drill for internal staff is scheduled on 05th of June 2026. We request you to keep the team informed. Also, Please fill the deployment sheet with names of staff.
