V 3- passenger lift malfunctioning

Dear Team,

This is to bring to your notice that Vista -3 passenger lift no 2 is malfunctioning from the last 6-7 days.

After visiting for 3-4 days technician found error in LB relay which was replaced yesterday (3/3/21) afternoon  made operational and kept under observation around 7:35pm lift again hang-up /  halt in one position.

Today morning a technician visited and started the lift as no error / fault was found , and the error repeated at 6:05pm .

As discussed we require the same to be made operational with no more errors in near futures , kindly depute your experts at site with immediate effect and do the needful with proper diagnosis and results.

Technician attended the site at around 7:20 and started the lift again it stopped around 8:05..

Need a thorough checking and rectification asap.

Vista 3 P2 elevator is working satisfactory during observation period of last 5 days. Hence we will be closing the call-back.
