Dear Apex Cultural Committee,

We would like to organise a Sunderkaand rendition/paath for all residents of The Address, and ask for your permission to do this under the festival rates.

Date: 11th July

Time: 4pm to 8pm

Venue: Cocoon Hall

The event will be open to all, with voluntary contributions from the Wadhwa Saheli Group. There will be a Sunderkaand rendition/paath by an artist, followed by prashaad. No monetary contribution is required by attendees.

Kindly let us know your decision as early as possible to help us plan the event.
