Respected Sir/Madam,

With reference to your circular dated 11 May 2026 regarding the implementation of a 10% water supply cut-off with effect from 15 May 2026, we would like to bring to your kind notice that our Vista Cooperative Housing Society has been facing a substantially higher reduction in water supply.

It has been observed over the past few days that the society, which normally receives approximately 120 KL of water supply per day, has been receiving only around 50 KL per day. This amounts to nearly a 60% reduction in water supply instead of the prescribed 10% cut-off as mentioned in the circular.

The substantial reduction in water supply is causing severe inconvenience and hardship to all residents of the society. We therefore request your good office to kindly look into the matter urgently and take necessary corrective action to restore the water supply to its full capacity.

Please find attached, letter already submitted to your good office on 26th May 2026 for highlighting the issue. However, there has been no improvement in the supply of water. You are requested to take cognizance of the matter and address the same at the earliest.

We shall be grateful for your prompt attention and necessary action in the matter.

Thank you for directing our grievance to the correct email address. However, we would like to bring to your notice that the strike by water tankers association has made the bad situation even worse. Meanwhile, there is no improvement in the quantity of water being released. You are requested to direct the concerned department to restore the water supply to normal levels immediately and oblige.
