VA Vista Access denied

Hi,
I am very very new in the Vista world.

a guy in our company used to take care of vista and server (this vista is testing Vista, not production ).he left the company.

he shares normal credential to access IFCAP MENU.
UserName:
Password:
Access code
Verify Code:

now when I am entering username and password it is giving Access Denied. now I don`t know what to do. Please guide.

I have admin username and password.

this is windows base vista.
