Hi !

I've tested your launcher on my Sony Xperia 1 V on Android 15. Everything looks great and for a first try the launcher is quite useful and in a working state. This is the small list of upgrades that I would personally like to see in the future :

1) The possibility to add animated wallpaper.

2) I personally use the 3 button with the bottom bar on Android. With that settings enabled it shows only a black void behind the buttons instead of the wallpaper.

3) There is a small but visible lag when moving the phone with the dynamic gloss reflection so it isn't a really great experience. For now I disable it.

4) Not a huge issue, when you move icons or widgets there is no animation or preview to show you how the layout will change when an icon is placed over something already existing.

5) No apps folder ? 🥺 I use them a lot. Also it would be really cool to have the same features as the Action launcher where when there is an app folder you can set an app as the "main" app and it will be shown as is and if you want to access the folder with the other app you have to scroll onto the "main" app. So you can hide apps that you don't use a lot and keep the important app on the foreground.

6) It would be cool to have an animation onto the Windows logo just like in Vista when the cursor move to it for when you click on it.

7) The icons on the app menu feel a bit off (Android material flat design), maybe it would be cool to be able to choose what icon to use for what action just like for the apps.

8) When you long press an app that have custom shortcuts (example : Gmail with a long press show a shortcut to write a new email) you can only move the icon and not use these shortcuts. It would be even better if it reacts just like a Windows right click with a similar menu as the one tl customize the launcher with widgets and wallpaper !)
