There are many great things about Minnesota...I'll stop short of creating a list...but know that these opportunities would be a fantastic way to get settled here in the Land of 10,000 Lakes. The nonprofit community is a healthy one, and this is a great opportunity to get started and connected here. We also have a very strong VISTA Leader cohort in our state, with great support from our Program Staff and State Office folks, as well as a fantastic Inter Corps Council (check it out: www.iccminnesota.org) which connects our Minnesotan AmeriCorps members : )

Benefits of VISTA Leader Service Within Minnesota, VISTA Leaders receive a living allowance of $1,136 per month (based on cost of living in service area), effective beginning the date of their Leader assignment.
