Hi Kristi!

This is not a webinar tool, but if you're looking to show others how
to do something online (i.e. use eGrants or MyAmeriCorps) or a short
presentation, you can use the program Jing to create videos up to 5
minutes long of your screen with narration. It's obviously not as
interactive as a webinar, but you can save the video to a website to
be used for years to come (sustainability anyone?!).

I used livestream.com in the past and it works great!  It works best when you have their software downloaded to go along with it, called Procaster.

It's intended for live streaming, but you can make your broadcast private and when you are done making your video it saves it into your online account (you can make subfolders, too).

It gives you the option to view sources a few different ways.  For instance, you can have your webcam on in the corner of the screen with your desktop showing as the bigger picture.  The mouse automatically has a yellow circle around it so viewers can more easily follow along with your instruction.

Last year I began recording our evening workshop sessions for the public, and then began making how-to videos for staff of how I used our content management system.
