Hi Nakesha,

I put the following on mine:

United Way of the Midlands AmeriCorps*VISTA Leader   •       Recruit, train, and manage 14 AmeriCorps*VISTA members at 10 local nonprofits. •       Collect progress reports, compile data, and synthesize report information to ensure adherence to state and federal guidelines. •       Promote sustainability of VISTA projects through effective communication and organization, quarterly revision of site goals, and administrative project management.

Mine looks like this. It's unnecessarily lengthy, I realize. As for giving examples of trainings or other documents, I mention that I worked on those projects and offer to provide samples upon request.

·                     Strengthened community and higher education partnerships to promote civic engagement

·                     Recruited, interviewed, and supported 50+ VISTA volunteers across the state

·                     Maintained member progress reports to meet project grant requirements

·                     Developed a 12-month professional development plan for members

·                     Performed exit interviews and provided Life After VISTA guidance for members

·                     Conducted state-wide site visits

·                     Updated and edited Requests for Proposals, VISTA Host Site Application, and various other documents

·                     Coordinated a social network of local VISTA members from separately granted projects

·                     Co-coordinated and facilitated the 2010 In-Service Training for all members (travel, housing, and on-site logistics, general communications, program content, workshop facilitation, service-project coordination, facilitator recruitment)

·                     Co-facilitated the second Campus Compact specific training for the southeast cluster at National VISTA Member Pre-Service Orientation

·                     Organized a service project for FL|CC staff in conjunction with the Give A Day, Get A Disney Day (GADGADD) program

·                     Served as GADGADD Program Coordinator for all participating FL|CC member institutions

·                     Participated in the first Action Learning Challenge high-performing group for VISTA Leaders, Using the VISTA Campus (Product created: VISTA Resource Guide, available upon request)

·                     Served as VISTA Leader Guide for VISTA Leader Training, May 2010

·                     Participated in the Action Learning Challenge high-performing group for VISTA Leaders, Keeping Cool Under Pressure (Product created: To Be Determined)
