Vispy 0.6.4 released!

I'm excited to announce that Vispy 0.6.4 has been released. This is a small patch release with the biggest change being moving some imports around and changing how the version number is accessed to improve import time on some systems. Sorry I've forgotten to announce the last couple releases on this email list. I'll make sure to do it for future releases.
