Run on Chromebook?

Has anyone tried to get Visone running in Chromebook? If so, did you have any luck?

I can’t contribute anything on Chromebooks, since I don’t have access to one.

But if this about a specific problem you already encountered on a Chromebook:
What happens if you try to run visone on Chromebook? Do you receive some kind of error message?
It would be nice if you could explain what goes wrong, so that we could perhaps make changes to visone to resolve this problem.

In any case, though:

visone is not a web application, but builds on Java Swing. So I think visone must be run from within Chromebook's Linux environment (which has to be enabled explicitly in the settings, as far as I can tell from a quick search).

Sorry to have dropped this. For anyone else with this question, the student did this (i.e. ran from Linux env), and it worked.
