After some arduous internet researching, I have finally booked a hotel.
Now here is the bad news: very expensive. The total was $1,090.50, meaning
$273 a person. I want to assure all of you that I did some extremely
thorough research in finding this place, and that the price went up
literally $50/person while I was looking. I am very sorry that this is
above our budget, but I felt like waiting another day may mean even less
options. I was literally getting down to only $300/night options and most
of the places I considered yesterday were already booked.
The good news is: we are staying right in the heart of everything, we each
have a bed and a bathroom, and we are centrally located so that we will be
able to thoroughly enjoy our time in Paris without a 30 minute commute to
the burbs or airport. We are staying in the Latin quarter, which I have
been assured by many Parisian travelers is the best place to be.

I requested twin beds for each person.
Again, I am very sorry for the high price but being as it is Easter
weekend, I think this is the best that we could do. I will be forwarding
the confirmation email to everyone soon.
If you have any issues or concerns.............I'm sorry, because this is
non refundable and I can't do anything :)

Thinking back now, we should have booked it a month ago when you brought it up, I don't think anyone really put it together that the rest of the world might want to go to Paris for Easter weekend as well.......
