reimbursement and party

I’m glad everyone made it back safe – I’ve not heard from Evan but I assume he is not dead or in a gutter in Paris.

 

I’m working on the reimbursement and need some help.  Because everything is in euros our accountant needs copies of any credit card statements that show expenses.  So, if you put anything on a credit card, print out that page to show $ value.  For cash transactions, the accountant will just use the same rate as shown on the credit card statements for the same day.

 

I assume you have more receipts for me for the last day (Thursday).  Please bring them to the party for me and I’ll try and get this all sorted next week.  Jay, if you never found the receipt for the last dinner I guess you could try and handwrite one – Fiona can help with some German - but hopefully it shows on your CC statement.

 

I assume I’ll see you all on Friday around 6.  Our candidates are great, so I’ll need your help picking.  I need to let them know by Saturday.  I’ll supply wine and gin, you guys bring whatever mixers are needed.
