We will have a meeting to go over all the stuff now that we have over half our team put together.

WHERE:  the NEW Cornerstone Campus
WHEN:   Saturday 11-7 at 9am

On the agenda,
Packets from all members of the team
Results of the cookie sale fundraiser
Upcoming Mission Info Kiosk
Future fundraisers

Some of the above items are VERY time sensitive so we really need everyone to participate in this meeting.
If you are unable to attend for any reason, please let me know and I will make sure you get copies of the minutes.

Thank you all for stepping out of the crowd to become part of this team.  I am excited to see what God will do on this trip.

In Service,
Broderick

The Cookie Walk has been approved … so we are going ahead with the final plans.

December 12th from 9:00am to 1:00pm.

I am going to get the list of people from Phyllis Scheffler for cookie donations.  But you don’t have to wait for the list … you can seek out your own set of volunteers if you know of someone that might be interested in supporting you and the trip in this fashion.

Based on many of the different “Cookie Walks” I’ve read/heard about … I’m thinking we should try to have AT LEAST 300 pounds of cookies.  Since this is the first one … we don’t have a good starting number, so I’m just going with what others say.

We should try to get volunteers to make the Christmas type cookies if possible.  The good ‘ol standards are okay … but it is the holiday season … so let’s try to stick with that theme.

Stay tuned for more details … but in the meantime … get baking and make sure you have December 12th set aside for this event.

Good morning everyone,
We need your help.  At the Lithuania Kiosk this morning we have the volunteer cards of people that have offered to help with cookies.  Please come see one of us and grab some cards.  If you can not make it today, please come by the office and Pam will make sure you get a handful.
This is also another great way for the community to be made aware of the events at our new location.  So please tell all your friends about it and what is happening.  For those of us that love to do special gifts to neighbors or friends or family, this is a great way to do that without the pressure of having to do it all yourself.  You can make a difference in this, so please take a moment if you can.

Thank you all,
Lithuania Mission Team 2010

I haven't heard from any of you team members ... and with the clock ticking ... we need a count of how many dozen cookies we already have committed (I have a confirmed count for 115 dozen).

We are looking for 600 dozen (YES - 600 DOZEN!)  ... because I'm being very optimistic.  Tracy is placing an ad in both the Grand Rapids Press and the Middleville Sun and News.  This fundraiser (and Cornerstone) will have some great exposure ... so we need to make sure we are ready.

Please email or call (616.633.7913) in your cookie counts.  I still have a stack of cards for anyone that has time to place calls.  If I don't hear from you ... and can count on hearing from me.

I also need to know if you are planning on being at the church to work the fundraiser on Saturday, December 12th.  We need to set up (7:30 am); cookie runners (9:00 - 1:00) and clean up (done by 2:00).

Thanks ....
Pam

Cookie Walk this Saturday 9am to 1pm.

I hope everyone has been telling friends and coworkers.  It looks like we will have a great blessing of the best day of weather this week.  I am looking forward to seeing what God can do with his willing servants on that day.

Keep praying for a a nice day and a huge response.

See you all there,
Broderick
