What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click on the Cdc page
2. Click on a random photo
3. Try to navigate

If you click on the most recent ones, you'll be able to navigate in the
recent photo list. Or else, no navigation links will be displayed.

This has always been the case no?

But I agree it would be nice to navigate in the CdC indeed!
