Log: Added "Cartesian product of (two graphs)" generator to the repository,
updating some other generators to include reference to it in their "Related
generators" sections. Also, fixed a typographical error in some
generators' documentation replacing the operator for the Cartesian product
of two graphs with its proper symbol: \u25A1 (i.e. white square). Also,
made minor optimizations to Edge's updateCenter() method and
GeometryUtilities's determinant() method. Both are at least as clear as
before, but should be faster (unlikely to have been already optimized-out
by the compiler). Build.
