Help Scraping Municipal Data

Hello,

Looking for a someone to help me scrape data from municipal PDFs
regarding the state of outdoor hockey rinks. So, if you like playing
hockey and scraping in ruby on rails, this is the project for you. I
can pay a little bit of $$, but this is really for the love of the
game.
