A status update on this project:
I've just gotten back from a meeting with a Montreal data
visualization company who have agreed to take on the visualization
application pro-bono. We went over some prototype designs, which
were lovely (!).
With the help of volunteers, we are continuing to collect data. I'll
be delivering the first batch of department expense data to the
visualization company on Friday evening.

We're targeting the visualization app to be finished by early
February.
