The body is caled 'shara', as it is perishable (shiryamaanah). As the Lord shines in the body as the indwelling Self, He is called sharabhah.

'kRitam' means the world because it is of the nature of an effect (where things happen).
'GYaaH' means Knower, means the aatmaan. So the epithet means the universe and aatmaan, its Knower.
