muurti means an object (moving or unmoving) with weight and tangibility. a-muurti therefore is one without this limitation.
Or one without a form based on a body and limbs.
645 OM shuura-janeshvaraaya namaH .
One who by his overwhelming prowess controls even great powers like indra and others.
526 OM aanandaaya namaH .
One whose form is aananda or Bliss.
Brihadaranyaka Upanishad 4.3.32 says: all creatures live depending on particles of that aananda.
