One who is the Lord of the stars, that is, jyotirgaNa.
Katha Upanishad 2.2.15 says: all brillian objects shine depending on His brilliance.
The bhagavadgita 15.12 says: that brilliance which is in the sun.


664 OM braahmaNe namaH .
The biggest, vastest and all-pervading.
Being big and expanding, the Lord, who is known from indications like satya (truth), is called brahmaa.
Taittiriya Upanishad 2.1 says: brahmaa is truth, knowledge and infinity.
