One who is the aid to go across the ocean of samsaara.
Or one who like a setu or a bund preserves the social order.
Says Brihadaranyaka Upanishad 4.4.22: 'esha setur vidharaNa eshaam lokaanaam asambhedaaya' -- He is verily the setu, the bund, that saves the worlds from the chaos of intermingling.

One who fulfills the wants of pure-minded devotees.
Or one who is father of kaama, that is pradyumna.
Or one who erases desires.
