Or one who has no existence.
Or the one, having realized whom, the seeker will no more have births.

One who knows all the vedas.
37 OM svayambhuve namaH .
One who exists by Himself, uncaused by any other. Says Manu-1.7, 'sa eva svayam udbabhau' - He manifested Himself.
He is so called because He existed before everything, and over everything. He is the supreme.
