saatvatam is the name of a tantra. So the one who gave it out or commented upon it.
Or one who is the leader (pati) of the saatvata clan.
Or the Lord of all vaishNavaas.
9 OM bhuuta-bhaavanaaya namaH .
He who originates and develops all Elements.
32 OM bhaavanaaya namaH .
One who generates the fruits of karmAs of all jiivaas for them to enjoy. The brahma sUtra 'phalamataH upapatteH' speaks of the Lord's function as the bestower of the fruits of all actions of the jiivaas.
