132 OM kavaye namaH .
One who sees everything.
Brihadaranyaka Upanishad 3.7.23 says: 'na anyoto asti drastaa' -- there is no seer (drastaa) other than Him.
Isha Upanishad 8 says: 'kavir maniishi' -- He is all knowing and intelligent.


907 OM kuNDaline namaH .
One who has taken the form of aadisheSha.
Or one who has taken a form equaling that of the sun.
Or one who has saamkhya and yoga as his two ear ornaments.
Or one who has fish-like ear pendants.


138 OM chatur-vyuuhaaya namaH .
chaturvyuuhaaya = chatur + vyuuhaa
One who adopts a fourfold manifestation (vyuuhaa).
vyaasa says:
'vyuuhaatmaanam caturdha vai vaasudevaadi muurtibhih
sRishtyaadin prakarOtyesa vishrutaatmaa janaardanaH'
-- The all-famed janaardana Himself, assuming the four manifestations known as vyuuhaas like vaasudeva, samkarshana, pradyumna and aniruddhaa, performs the work of creation etc., with those forms.
