complete survey-last reminder

Dear Students,

This is the final call for registration for the survey on
communication which I discussed in the class.

Registering and completing this set of two modules is compulsory for
my visual communication students. So pls. take it seriously. Those who
have not completed MUST complete it by the end of this weekend.

For defaulters a new link has been generated and is indicated below.

I completed the 1st part of the survey. At the end they said that they'll come back with a second module soon. 

But the server haven't contacted for 2nd module yet. Maybe there is some technical glitch in the survey. Please see through it.
