CPR and Tozzini Freire Advogados jointly invite you to a launch event and panel discussion focused on the new CPR Rules for Administered Arbitration of International Disputes and current issues in international arbitration. These new Rules, developed by expert in-house and law firm practitioners, reflect best practices and address current issues in international arbitration -- such as arbitrator impartiality, lengthy time frames to reach resolution, and burdensome and unpredictable administrative costs and requirements. BUSINESS MEDIATION CONGRESS
April 24, 2015 - São Paulo, Brazil
CPR’s Third Business Mediation Congress, "Forging the Future, Redefining Winning and Adapting to Change," will be held at the Arbitration and Mediation Center of AMCHAM Brazil in São Paulo, on April 24, 2015. The Congress will explore the current state of mediation in Brazil and the world as the preferred tool for resolving conflicts in the international community. Fortune 100 companies honored for their leadership in the field of conflict management and resolution will share their experiences on how they institutionalized ADR into their legal structure and corporate culture. After an introduction by CPR’s President, Noah Hanft, and a Keynote by Celso Cintra Mori of Pinheiro Neto, panelists on ODR, Developing Mediation in Specific Sectors and Dispute Innovation in Brazil will discuss how innovations are being implemented in Brazil. Faculty will include representatives from Cosan, Cargill, Unilever, HP, Amgen, Google, Pöyry Tecnologia, General Electric, Ernst & Young, Baker & McKenzie, Pinheiro Neto, and Tozzini Freire, among many others.
