Aileen's April 2018 Art Update

The latest on my art career:

Starting April 10^th and continuing through May 9^th, 2018, my first Solo Art Show back from my recovery, “A Second Chance” will be featuring most of my art reflecting specifically on the journey through kidney transplant for my husband and I. You’ll find it at the Betty Rodriguez Library 3040 N Cedar Ave, Fresno, CA 93703.

 

The Art Reception will be on Thursday, April 19^th (the 3^rd Thursday ArtHop) starting at 5pm and is FREE.  Then at 7pm, I along with my husband Tony, will be doing a live performance of our storytelling show “That Kidney Show” for Pay What You Want Donations. Please invite anyone and everyone who would enjoy a show of the poignant and funny stories that go along with kidney transplant.

Meanwhile, I continue my work to sell my art, (so I can pay bills, purchase supplies and to be able to attend my art events in LA).

I am continuing my recovery since my kidney donation surgery and a big part of that is getting my art career busy again. I’m looking forward to new opportunities and sales.  It's my Birthday month, so I'm ready for more surprises!
